About the company

4Service™ is a special Mystery Shopping service provider in Eastern Europe.

At present, 4Service™ structure includes two offices: 4Service™ Russia (Moscow) and 4Service™ Ukraine (Kiev).

4Service™ activity is aimed at providing service companies with updated and high-quality information about customer service level which helps them to improve quality of customer service, to motivate and couch the staff. 

We also offer consultation on improving the quality of service, develop and implement customer service standards at companies in the service industries (see Services).

4Service™ today is the largest Mystery Shopping operator in Eastern Europe. Every month more than 5000 evaluations are carried out in Russia and Ukraine, constantly working with more than 3000 different locations. Our customers are the biggest service companies of E– banks, retail chains, supermarkets, mobile connection shops, fast food restaurants, hotels, car salons and other enterprises.

 

 4Service™ Ukraine is a member of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association Europe since 2005 (MSPA Europe). 4Service™ Russia is a member of  MSPA Europe since May 2007.

                

Quality standards
All 4Service™ projects are in line with MSPA Europe and IMSA quality standards and ethics. Since 2006, specialists of 4Service™ have regularly attended conferences held by MSPA Europe for purposes of exchanging experiences with colleagues and developing quality standards.

Staff
4Service™ staff (both Moscow and Kiev) consists of 47 people: sociologists and psychologists, specialists on mathematic statistics and programmers, marketologists and HR-managers. Our staff is constantly trained in their own specialties and has close ties with their counterparts abroad.

For Mystery Shopping evaluations, there is a network several thousand Mystery Shoppers throughout Russia, Ukraine, Belars, Kazakhstan and Moldova. All Shoppers go through a strict selection process and requisite training.

Reason
4Service™ was created in January 2001 (under the brand name Marketing Lab™) as the first specialized Mystery Shopping agency in the CIS.

On February 25, 2006, the Company was renamed in 4Service™. The new name reflects the Company’s mission, i.e. to improve the service, work FOR SERVICE (4Service). 

On April, 25, 2007 4Service™ Russia has been set up, with an office in Moscow.

Software
Input, processing and distribution of Mystery Shopping information is carried out with the help of ServiceLook Online 1.0 software. All the information is gathered and is rapidly disseminated through the Internet on the territory of all of Ukraine.
