4Service Russia has been a member of the European Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA Europe) since May 2007, and in its work, strictly adheres to MSPA quality standards and ethics. MSPA is the largest professional association, its purpose is improving the service quality used to Mystery Shoppers. Today MSPA consists of 260 organizations all over the world. The MSPA members provide their clients with the complex of services for the diagnostics and improving the service quality. 4Service regularly takes part in MSPA Conferences in Europe, USA, Asia.

4Service Ukraine is a member of MSPA Europe since 2005.
